In most cases there is no cost to you, the client, to have us assist in research and selection of solutions that fits your requirements. With respect to discovery services such as Sales Operations, IT Operations and Cost, AI Readiness and Security Risk assessments, there is a cost to have TakTik perform these discovery assessments. In addition, as we build value and trust with our clients, a monthly retainer can be requested.
1. Sales Operations Optimization - Assess your current Sales approach and provide feedback on efficiencies that can be implemented. In addition, 1 on 1 sales coaching is available.
2. IT Operation and Tech Stack review and recommendation to reduce current IT costs. This includes Phone/communications, Internet and networking services, Cloud services, Backup/Recovery services and Managed IT services.
3. AI Adoption - Performing an AI Readiness Assessment and research/selection of AI solutions and service providers.
4. Cybersecurity Risk - Perform a Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis. Identifying and prioritizing risk mitigation items and building out mitigation plans. Research/selection of Security technologies and service providers.
